Stanley Kubrick ‘s father borrowed $20.000 from his life insurance policy and his uncle, a pharmacist, also put up $15.000 to finance the film.

Gloria is soon kidnapped by Raphello and his men, and it is up to Davy to save her.
Working with practically no budget and largely without on-location filming permits, Stanley Kubrick had to remain unnoticed while shooting in downtown New York.
