Three stories having the region of Evros as the common denominator. An archaeologist travels there to look for the friends and colleagues of his son who committed suicide a year ago while in military service. Α group of ornithologists goes to the Evros Delta in order to observe the last survivor of a rare species of goose. A middle-aged businessman is drowning his sorrow at a local bouzoukia club, as his wife has just run away with his two young children.

And while the three dramatic postcards that constitute the film are played out in recognizable sites of Northern Greece, they nevertheless manage to illustrate the loss, despair, loneliness and ultimately life, which is wasted on the streets all around the world”
